Once that is done we set up your account, add you to our approved list, and consumers start spending. We track all sales and send a statement monthly for your records, we then disperse to the groups based on the debit card they used with you. You can track the sales on your end as well on our site and through report we sent. We will let you know what portion was a charitable deduction for taxes.
